London's riotous theatrical sensation, Plied and Prejudice, has announced a two-month extension to its critically acclaimed run at The Vaults, Waterloo. Due to overwhelming popular demand and rave reviews, this irreverent adaptation of Jane Austen’s classic will now play until August 8, 2025. Tickets for June, July, and August performances are on sale now, offering more chances to experience this unique Regency romp.

Since its opening on March 13, Plied and Prejudice has captivated audiences and critics alike, earning a stellar 4.8/5 audience score on Fever. Even original cast members from the BBC’s Pride and Prejudice adaptation, including Adrian Lukis (Mr. Wickham), Lucy Briers (Mary Bennet), and Polly Maberly (Kitty Bennet), gave their seal of approval after attending a recent performance. Audience members have called it "hysterical," "literally the funniest thing I’ve ever seen," and "the best girls' night out we've ever had!"

Critics have been equally effusive, with The Sun praising it as "A 90 minute whirlwind that had us crying with laughter. Five Stars." Metro hailed it as "A hilarious adaptation well worth a watch," while Evening Standard described it as "Is it bonkers? Yes. Is it a lot of fun? Also yes. An immersive delight." Stylist declared it "Definitely one of the most fun things you should be doing this month."

Produced by Glass Half Full and Woodward Productions, Plied and Prejudice is far more than a typical adaptation. It’s an immersive, side-splitting parody where five actors hilariously scramble to portray twenty characters in a chaotic retelling of Elizabeth Bennet and Mr. Darcy’s love story. Expect dance lessons, inappropriate proposals, free-flowing drinks, that wet shirt scene, and even a (not-so-real) Keira Knightly cameo. This is Pride and Prejudice as the BBC would "never abide," promising an unhinged night of "love, lust, and libations."
