One of the summer’s most popular family entertainment experiences returns this month as In the Night Garden Live starts this year’s tour, providing little ones with their first theatre experience and the chance to see Igglepiggle and friends in the specially created live events space - the world’s only In the Night Garden Live Showdome. Check ticket availability.

This year’s tour will be the final one housed in this innovative inflatable venue and the last chance to see the two current In the Night Garden shows.

The final Showdome tour starts on Thursday 24 May, 2018 at The O2 in London, playing for two weeks only (to 9 June), before visiting Richmond Old Deer Park (16 June to 1 July), Birmingham Cannon Hill Park (7-22 July) and the intu Trafford Centre Manchester (28 July to 19 August).

Tickets are on sale now here with some performances already sold out.

This delightful summer classic for children, touring since 2010, has become a firm favourite with pre-schoolers and their parents. Seen by nearly 1 million people, the show has an average rating of over 9.2 out of 10.

In the Night Garden Live is an amazing musical theatre experience for the entire family. Children’s favourite CBeebies stars - Igglepiggle, Upsy Daisy, Makka Pakka and friends - are all brought beautifully to life on stage using full-size costumes, magical puppets, enchanting music and breath-taking projections.

In the Night Garden Live takes place in its own all-weather, purpose-built inflatable Showdome with many family-friendly facilities. Following nine successful years and nearly 1 million visitors, the venue will be deflated for the last time.

Andrew Collier, Creative Director of Minor Entertainment, said: “By the end of this tour, one million parents and children will have had an amazing time together at In the Night Garden Live. Parents tell us that children as young as a few months old engage with the live show. We wanted to make sure everyone knows that this is their last chance to see the current In the Night Garden Live shows in the amazing Showdome, before exciting new plans for Igglepiggle and friends are announced in the future.”

In the Night Garden Live is written by celebrated creator and composer of In the Night Garden, Andrew Davenport, and directed by acclaimed Royal Ballet choreographer and director, Will Tuckett. It is produced by Minor Entertainment under licence from DHX Media.
