Voila! Theatre Festival has announced the line-up for its 15th annual edition, returning from 2 to 22 November 2026 as one of London's premier fringe theatre gatherings. Operating across eight prominent London venues, the panlingual festival will host 101 shows and events performed in 60 languages by 450 artists, celebrating the diverse cultures and global perspectives that shape contemporary London.

Co-directed by Fae Fichtner and Katharina Reinthaller, Voila! offers an alternative narrative to current political debates surrounding migration, borders, and identity. Designed to serve a capital where over 250 languages are spoken, over half of the festival's line-up is accessible to both English and non-English speakers through bilingual performances or surtitles. Host venues for the three-week event include Barons Court Theatre, Canal Cafe Theatre, Etcetera Theatre, The Playground Theatre, Theatro Technis, The Space Theatre, Upstairs at the Gatehouse, and festival home and producer The Cockpit.

Highlight productions showcase a wide array of global storytelling. The Cockpit hosts Ensemble not Found's ESEA migrant production The Radical Wedding Engine and Elica Yovcheva's Bulgarian legend Legend of Kaliakra. Barons Court Theatre features Nessuno Collective's The habit of getting used to it, recipient of the inaugural Instituto Cervantes x Voila! Grant, alongside Sun Son Theatre's Lament of the Wandering Head. Other highlights include Italian company Batisfera’s object theatre piece The Gummy Bears’ Great War at Etcetera, Akeim Toussaint Buck's solo dance work Windows of Displacement at Theatro Technis, and Ukrainian company Shum's Heaven to Earth Plus at The Space.

Festival producer Dave Wybrow noted that the event embraces a panlingual ethos where language flows and hybridises rather than existing in isolated silos. By providing a launchpad for early-career international and migrant artists who face accent or language barriers in mainstream British theatre, Voila! continues to foster artistic risk-taking and community connection. Tickets, venue details, and the full festival brochure are available now via the official website at voilafestival.co.uk.
