The Olivier Award-nominated international hit The Choir of Man will return to London for a special Christmas season, taking up residence at the Arts at Marble Arch from Thursday 10 December 2026 until Sunday 14 February 2027.
Presented by HH Productions, Nic Doodson, Andrew Kay, Global Creative, and Kenny Wax, the West End return follows the show’s inaugural UK and Ireland tour. The national run launched in Wimbledon in March 2026 and visits more than 30 towns and cities before concluding at the Edinburgh Festival Theatre in December, just prior to opening in the capital.
The production previously enjoyed a successful run at the Arts Theatre, performing over 1,000 shows to more than 280,000 audience members and earning an Olivier Award nomination for Best Entertainment or Comedy Play before wrapping its initial West End stay in January 2026.
Creator and director Nic Doodson expressed his delight at bringing the show back to London, noting that opening a brand-new iteration of the show's iconic pub, The Jungle, at the Arts at Marble Arch marks an exciting new chapter while maintaining the spirit of community and connection that sits at the heart of the piece.
Set inside an active on-stage pub, The Choir of Man features a cast of nine male performers who combine vocal harmonies, high-energy tap dance, and storytelling. The soundtrack spans classic and contemporary pop and rock anthems, featuring hits by Queen, Adele, Luther Vandross, Sia, Paul Simon, Guns N’ Roses, Avicii, and Katy Perry.
The creative team includes co-creators Nic Doodson and Andrew Kay, with musical supervision, vocal arrangements, and orchestrations by Jack Blume. Movement direction and choreography are handled by Freddie Huddleston, with monologues written by Ben Norris, scenic design by Oli Townsend, lighting design by Richard Dinnen, costume design by Verity Sadler, and sound design by Sten Severson.
Since its debut, the show has grown into a global phenomenon, completing three sold-out seasons at the Sydney Opera House along with extensive tours across North America and Europe. Tickets for the new London season go on sale next week, with casting details to follow.
