The global musical phenomenon Six has officially extended its London run at the Vaudeville Theatre, with tickets now on sale for performances through to November 28, 2027. The announcement highlights the ongoing international success of the British production, which originally started as a student project at the Edinburgh Fringe in 2017 before evolving into a worldwide theatrical sensation.
Written by Toby Marlow and Lucy Moss, Six follows the six wives of Henry VIII as they take to the microphone to reclaim their crowns and remix five hundred years of historical heartbreak into an 80-minute energetic concert. The production’s global presence expands significantly, with a new Spanish-language production opening at Teatro Gran Vía in Madrid, alongside a major 12-week engagement in China. The hit musical also returns to Australia for a national tour starting in Melbourne, with further international runs scheduled for Germany and Luxembourg.
Back in the United Kingdom, the concurrent national tour has also been extended through to November 2027 as it continues to break box office records. The current West End company features Adrianne Langley as Catherine of Aragon, Marisha Morgan as Anne Boleyn, Jessica Aubrey as Jane Seymour, Freya Karlettis as Anna of Cleves, Leesa Tulley as Katherine Howard, and Nia Stephen making her West End debut as Catherine Parr.
The show has secured over 35 major international accolades, including Tony Awards for Best Original Score and Best Costume Design on Broadway. Reflecting its massive cultural impact, the original studio album was officially certified Platinum, and the collective soundtrack has surpassed 5.5 billion digital streams. Additionally, following a highly successful UK cinematic run that outpaced major event films, the live-captured film Six the Musical! Live is scheduled to expand to over 1,000 cinema screens across the United States and Canada. Tickets for the newly announced West End performance dates are available now through the central production box office.
