The smash-hit musical phenomenon Jersey Boys is officially returning to the UK and Ireland for a major 20th Anniversary tour, with a brand-new international cast announced to lead the production. Written by Marshall Brickman and Rick Elice, with music by Bob Gaudio and lyrics by Bob Crewe, the award-winning musical sensation is scheduled to launch at the New Wimbledon Theatre on June 17, 2026, with dates currently booking well into 2027.
The highly anticipated production features an illustrious central lineup. Luke Baker will take on the iconic role of Frankie Valli, supported by Carlo Boumouglbay as Tommy DeVito, Lewis Kennedy as Nick Massi, and Toby Miles as Bob Gaudio, while Ellis Kirk joins the company as the alternate Frankie Valli. The extensive ensemble cast includes seasoned theatrical performers Aiden Carson, Artemis Chrisoulakis, Sydnie Hocknell, Michael Levi, Olivia Mitchell, Jarryd Nurden, Oliver Tester, Damien Winchester, and Fed Zanni, with Scott Goncalves, Melissa Potts, Zach Sorrow, and Joshua Spencer-Pepper completing the company as swings.
Jersey Boys invites theatregoers behind the music and inside the real-life story of Frankie Valli and The Four Seasons. The narrative tracks their meteoric rise from the tough streets of New Jersey to the prestigious Rock and Roll Hall of Fame. While their vocal harmonies were famously perfect on stage, their off-stage lives told a vastly different story of conflict and sacrifice. The production features the group’s legendary catalog of global hits, including "Sherry," "Big Girls Don’t Cry," "Walk Like A Man," "Can’t Take My Eyes Off You," "Beggin’," and "Oh What a Night."
The 20th Anniversary tour will be meticulously staged by the original Broadway creative team, led by Tony Award-winning director Des McAnuff and celebrated choreographer Sergio Trujillo. Over its highly successful history, the production has claimed 65 major international accolades, including Broadway’s Tony, London’s Olivier, and Australia’s Helpmann Awards for Best New Musical. Having been seen by over 30 million people worldwide, tickets for the initial tour dates are available through local regional box offices.
