Kiln Theatre, in collaboration with co-producers Gary Beestone Associates, has unveiled the full cast for the upcoming production of Manic Street Creature. This critically acclaimed musical, written by and starring Olivier Award-winner Maimuna Memon, is scheduled for a limited run from 5 – 28 March 2026.
Reprising Success on the Kilburn Stage
The production sees the return of several key cast members from its award-winning run at the Edinburgh Fringe and Southwark Playhouse. Maimuna Memon reprises her role as Ria, fresh off her 2024 Olivier Award win for Natasha, Pierre & The Great Comet of 1812. Joining her are Rachel Barnes as Heidi and Harley Johnston as Raz, both returning to the roles they originated. The company is completed by newcomer Sam Beveridge, an accomplished multi-instrumentalist and actor-musician, in the role of Finn.
Directed by Kirsty Patrick Ward, the show is a soaring musical of first loves and fresh starts. The story follows Ria as she trades Lancashire for Camden Town, navigating the pressures of a new city and an all-consuming relationship while trying to prevent her life from falling apart.
