Chart-topping recording artist and popular television and radio presenter Fleur East will make her West End debut this summer in the acclaimed production of TINA – The Tina Turner Musical at London’s Aldwych Theatre. East will share the title role of Tina Turner alongside current star Karis Anderson during a limited engagement from June 24 to September 13, 2025. Performance dates will vary; audiences are encouraged to check the official website for Fleur’s scheduled appearances.

The announcement comes alongside news that TINA – The Tina Turner Musical has extended its booking period through 10 January 2026, cementing its status as the longest-running show ever to play at the Aldwych Theatre.

Fleur East first rose to fame as a finalist on The X Factor in 2014, later scoring chart success with her breakout hit "Sax". She’s since become a household name, notably as a fan favourite on Strictly Come Dancing and co-host of the BBC’s Strictly: It Takes Two. Her vibrant career also includes TV appearances on I'm a Celebrity... Get Me Out of Here, Ant & Dec’s Saturday Night Takeaway, and a guest role in Ted Lasso.

Producer Tali Pelman shared her enthusiasm: “Fleur is an exceptional talent who embodies many of Tina’s most defining qualities—resilience, determination, and charisma. We are thrilled to welcome her to the company.”

Directed by Phyllida Lloyd and written by Katori Hall with Frank Ketelaar and Kees Prins, TINA has captivated audiences worldwide since its 2018 world premiere. Developed in collaboration with Tina Turner herself, the musical tells the inspiring true story of the Queen of Rock ‘n’ Roll’s rise to global superstardom, defying racism, sexism, and ageism along the way.

Featuring iconic hits such as Proud Mary, What’s Love Got To Do With It, and The Best, the show is a pulse-pounding tribute to Tina Turner’s life, legacy, and unbreakable spirit.

Tickets are on sale now. Don’t miss your chance to see Fleur East step into the shoes of a legend in this unmissable celebration of music, resilience, and triumph.
